Orders and Shipping

The time it takes to receive your order varies for different items. Please see our shipping policy here.

Click this link. Under the Register tab, enter the email address you’d like to use in creating your Thoughtful Greetings account and choose a password. Then click ‘Register’ 

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@thoughtfulgreetings.com within 12 hours after placing your order and we’d be happy to complete your request.

Your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.

If you have created an account with us, you may check on the status of your order by clicking on the “My Account” button on the upper right hand corner. You will be asked to enter your email address and password to retrieve the status of your order.

No, we do not keep your credit card information on file. If, however you’d like to save your payment information to your account for future purchases, you have the option to do so at checkout.

We like to mention that throughout our website, we have 128-bit SSL security with advanced encryption so you are guaranteed that your purchases are safe.

We currently only ship to the United States but are actively working with our partners to commence international shipping as soon as possible.

Depending on the content of your order, we might ship them separately. Not to worry though, you are only charged a flat rate as described in our shipping policy.

We strive to ensure this never happens. But if it ever happens, we want to sort it our right away. Please provide a picture/video of the received item and your order number via email to hello@thoughtfulgreetings.com.

Indicate in the subject: I received the wrong order.

We’ll resend a replacement/refund as soon as we get your information.

We aim at providing you with a perfect personalized gift, but sometimes orders might be damaged during transit.

If your order unfortunately came broken, you can request a replacement or a refund. Please send us a picture/video of what was received along with the order ID as soon as you get the order. You can send that to hello@thoughtfulgreetings.com

We would provide you with a Return Authorization Number as well as the address to send the item when you contact us about returns.

Yes, you can! At Thoughtful Greetings, our goal is 100% Satisfaction so if you need to make changes to an order or cancel, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order. If you contact us after 2 hours of order submission, your order will be locked for processing and we’d be unable to modify it.

To request an order change or cancellation, simply email us at hello@thoughtfulgreetings.com and we would respond as quickly as possible.

*Please note that when we issue refunds for cancelled orders, it may take 3-14 business days for your refund to reflect on your account, depending on your credit card company. 

Whenever any of our products are sold out, a get notified box would usually appear to allow you enter your email address. Simply enter your email address and you’d be the first to know when the item comes back in stock.
