Order Processing
After your payment is authorized, we immediately start processing your order and this process takes between 1-6 business days depending on the product and whether customization is required. Please note that this time frame includes the time our designers need to create the artwork for your order.

Transit Time
All items are shipped by either UPS/DHL or United States Postal Service(USPS).
Generally, shipments take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery depending on what area of the country we are shipping to.

Flat Rate Shipping Charges
We are upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost-based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.

Rules & Exceptions
*Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax merchandise totals.
* During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
*Note that the shipping times listed above do not take into account national holidays. Because we can not make shipments when the delivery service companies are closed, please adjust the above times accordingly when the post office is shut down.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States but are actively working with our partners to commence international shipping as soon as possible.
Our Refund Policy
At Thoughtful Greetings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number and the address of one of our US warehouses where you’ll ship the items to. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized or monogrammed items in our store.
Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly and send you a copy of the refund memo.
